"Sift" is a pastry cookbook by Ilea Shahan. The concept, design, and layout are fully original. Art Institute alumni Emma Bailey took the photography, and Ilea Shahan created the recipes and baked the pastries. This was handed out to employers by Ilea at her graduation, and was available for purchase online. The color palette is consistent with Ilea's personal branding, and the photogaphy is large in comparison to the recipes to catch the viewer's attention. A four-column grid was used to keep the layout consistent throughout the design.
